General Questions

How can I get a quote?

Simply send an email to admin@medcleaning.gi or call during office hours 9 am to 17:30 on +350 200 42832 with information such as address and service that you are interested in . We will endeavour to reply as soon as possible and organize for a supervisor to visit you at a mutually convenient time for a free no obligation quote.

What if I'm not happy with my cleaning?

Please get in touch with us right away and we’ll make arrangements to rectify the situation. We have a satisfaction guarantee that we stand by.

Scheduling Questions

CAN I GET A SAME-DAY BOOKING?

We cannot guarantee same-day bookings, however we aim to offer this if workload permits.

DO I HAVE TO BE HOME FOR MY CLEANING?

It is preferable but not a requirement. It’s completely up to you. If you’re not going to be home, make sure you let us know how to access your house. Being there allows us to understand your needs allowing direct communication. The norm is that the client is usually there to meet us on our first visit.

DOES MY CLEANER ARRIVE AT THE EXACT TIME I BOOK?

We aim to stand by our appointment times, however we allow a one-hour window due to traffic and unpredictable or unforeseen circumstances. Should a cleaner be late we would aim to contact you as soon as we are made aware.

WHEN AM I CHARGED FOR THE SERVICE?

One-off jobs are charged in full before the date the cleaning is programmed for. Your invoice will reflect only the amount of time that your cleaner was actually at your home or premises . A minimum of one hour is always a starting point.

Cleaning Questions

WHAT'S INCLUDED IN A STANDARD CLEANING?

When our supervisor visits they will listen to your cleaning needs and supply a cleaning quote the following day or on the day where possible with all those requirements considered and reflected in the quote.

DO YOU PROVIDE THE SUPPLIES?

Cleaning supplies can be included in our quote but we are more than happy to use your favoured products supplied by yourself should you so wish. A quote can be provided including or excluding cleaning materials.

Please note: we always use your vacuum and mop/bucket so please be sure to have those items on-hand.

WHAT SERVICES DO YOU OFFER?

We offer a range of services from one time cleaning to weekly cleaning to move-in and move-out cleaning as well as long term cleaning under contract. You can see the different services we provide by clicking on our individual services and services provided.

HOW MANY CLEANERS DO YOU SEND?

Once the supervisor has visited we will ascertain how many cleaners are required and you will be sent the appropriate number of cleaners which you need for the job.

ARE CLEANING COMPANY CLEANERS SCREENED?

Absolutely. The cleaners go through a screening process that includes a police background check, reference checks and in-person interviews.
